Rachelle has been in the health and fitness industry since 2012. She has completed her BA in Dance and is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant. Rachelle specializes in women’s health and muscle activation. Movement, digestion/gut health, and stress management are her focuses for longevity. She has a hands-on approach when it comes to targeting specific muscle groups to improve mobility and stability of joints. By teaching you proprioception, effective exercises and managing overall stress levels you will be more consistent and accountable creating long term results for your health and fitness.
