Tania White


Tania was named one of Canada’s Top Fitness Instructors of 2021 by Impact Magazine. She has been in the health and fitness industry for more than 25 years as a personal trainer, educator, manager, and group fitness instructor. She has worked with high level athletes, has been involved with research projects studying the effects of exercise on chronic health conditions, and enjoys working with those recovering from injury and surgery to help improve movement for sport and for life. She specializes in addressing the psychological as well as the physical components of pain management and performance, and skills such as fall prevention.
