Tanya Green


I have been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for over 8 years. As an active person, I am passionate about helping people move and perform at their best in sports and in everyday life. I train people of all ages and fitness levels and am able to program specifically for the person I am training. I love sport specific training and have helped my clients improve their games in everything from golf to hockey. As a dirt bike rider myself, I train many Calgary riders from recreational to competitive, motocross to enduro.

My focus is always the individual and their personal needs!
